NER Online Enterprises LLC (doing business as Benchmark Connections) provides web hosting, WordPress application management, and related online services. Because our products are services and digital deliverables rather than physical goods, this policy differs from a typical retail return policy.
Hosting and Subscription Services
Hosting plans and ongoing service subscriptions are billed and managed through our client portal at benchmark-connections.com/whmcs. Refund eligibility for hosting and subscription services is governed by the billing terms presented at the time of purchase in that portal. In general:
- New hosting accounts may be eligible for a refund if canceled within the initial term specified at signup, less any setup fees, domain registration costs, or third-party license costs already incurred on your behalf.
- Renewal charges for ongoing hosting or service subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has started, except where required by law.
- Mid-term cancellations are not automatically prorated unless stated otherwise in your service agreement.
One-Time Services and Custom Work
Custom development, application integration, migrations, and similar project-based work are billed according to the scope and terms agreed with our Benchmark Connections team before work begins. Because this work is time and labor already delivered, completed work is generally non-refundable; any exceptions are handled case by case.
Domain Registrations and Third-Party Licenses
Domain name registrations, SSL certificates, and third-party software or plugin licenses purchased on your behalf are non-refundable once processed, consistent with the policies of the underlying registrars and vendors.
