NER Online Enterprises hosts and maintains the server your Mautic instance runs on — the underlying server, PHP/database stack, security patching, routine backups of the server, database, and uploaded files (retained on a rolling basis, with restoration handled by our team on request), and official Mautic version updates.
What’s Yours to Manage

Mautic requires an active web hosting domain environment to run — it’s deployed on the same managed hosting platform we provide for our other application services.
