What’s Included With Hosting
NER Online Enterprises hosts and maintains the server and WordPress environment your LearnDash instance runs on, including the underlying server infrastructure, PHP/database stack, WordPress core updates, routine security patching, server monitoring, automated backups of the database and uploaded files (retained on a rolling basis and restored by request), and scheduled updates of LearnDash and supported core extensions.
What’s Yours to Manage
Once your learning platform is live, you’re responsible for creating and maintaining course content, lessons, quizzes, assignments, certificates, enrollment policies, pricing structures, and student communications. You’ll also manage instructor and administrator accounts, payment processor settings, learner records, and compliance with any educational or privacy requirements applicable to your organization. We recommend periodically exporting enrollment and course-completion data as an additional safeguard for your records. Instructional design consulting, course development assistance, content migration, and advanced platform customization services are available separately.
LearnDash is commercial software licensed by LearnDash. NER Online Enterprises deploys and maintains licensed LearnDash installations as part of our managed hosting services. Additional third-party integrations and plugins may be subject to their own licensing terms.
