Our environment runs current, supported Mautic releases (Mautic 6, the latest LTS version).
What Mautic Provides
- Unlimited Team Member Access — register a Program Manager for full system access, plus additional team members and users at appropriate access levels
- Contact & Campaign Management — segment contacts, build automated campaigns, and track engagement so you know who you’re reaching
- Specialized Technical Support (optional) — Mautic-specific support available at $50/hour (up to 8 hours per request), or operational support process setup at $30/hour (8-hour monthly minimum)

What’s Included With Hosting
NER Online Enterprises hosts and maintains the server your Mautic instance runs on — the underlying server, PHP/database stack, security patching, routine backups of the server, database, and uploaded files (retained on a rolling basis, with restoration handled by our team on request), and official Mautic version updates.
What’s Yours to Manage

Getting Started
Mautic requires an active web hosting domain environment to run. If you don’t already host with us, browse our hosting plans to get set up first. Mautic service itself is ordered and managed through our client portal, the same way as our other hosting and application services.
